Door Beaute Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Door Beaute platform, including all services, features, and technology (the "Platform") offered by Door Beaute LLC ("Door Beaute," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Overview

Door Beaute is an online platform that connects customers with local beauty supply vendors for delivery or in-store pickup, and coordinates drivers for on-demand delivery services.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Eligibility & Conduct

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating or managing an account.
• You may not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Door Beaute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Vendor Terms

3.1 Vendor Responsibilities:

• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, pricing, and legality of their product listings.
• Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and in accordance with product descriptions.
• Vendors must maintain valid business licenses and tax documentation as required by law.
• Vendors agree to adhere to the plan features and commission structure selected at sign-up.

3.2 Platform Access & Limitations:

• Access to vendor platform features varies by subscription plan.
• Vendors may not modify or attempt to bypass platform restrictions or fees.
• Door Beaute may update or adjust platform functionality and commission rates with 30 days' notice.

3.3 Payment & Commission:

• Commissions, driver fees, and any applicable processing fees will be automatically deducted from order revenue before payouts.
• Door Beaute reserves the right to withhold or delay payment for fraudulent, disputed, or non-compliant orders.
• All payouts are subject to transaction verification and reserve policies.

3.4 Termination:

• Door Beaute may suspend or terminate vendor access at any time for breach of terms, abuse, non-performance, or customer complaints.
• Vendors may cancel their participation by providing 14 days' written notice; cancellation does not relieve previously incurred obligations.

4. Driver Terms

4.1 Independent Contractor Status:

• Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Door Beaute.
• Drivers are solely responsible for maintaining vehicle insurance, licensing, and tax compliance.

4.2 Delivery Expectations:

• Drivers agree to timely delivery, courteous conduct, and compliance with all traffic laws.
• Repeated delays, customer complaints, or order tampering will result in suspension or deactivation.

4.3 Payment & Liability:

• Drivers are paid per delivery according to rates shown in the app.
• Door Beaute is not liable for driver actions, accidents, or damages caused during deliveries.

5. Customer Terms

5.1 Order Agreement:

• By placing an order, customers agree to pay all fees (product cost, delivery fee, service fee, and taxes) as shown at checkout.
• All sales are final unless the product is damaged, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled.

5.2 Refunds & Disputes:

• Refunds are at the discretion of Door Beaute after investigation.
• Repeated false claims, abuse, or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5.3 Conduct:

• Customers must treat vendors and drivers respectfully. Any harassment, fraud, or platform abuse may result in removal from the platform.

6. Platform Terms

6.1 Modifications:

• Door Beaute reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time.
• We may update pricing, fees, or feature availability with prior notice.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

• Door Beaute is not liable for delays, product quality, delivery issues, or third-party conduct.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

6.3 Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Door Beaute harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, software, and content on the Platform are owned or licensed by Door Beaute.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, any outstanding obligations remain enforceable.
